The whole design of the “serene autumn” chair originates from the beauty of life, conveying the profound and infinite beauty of the deep autumn season. The design combines lines and surface, void and mass, dynamic and peaceful, plain form and in-depth meanings. Clear transparent acrylic material is combined with the thick and plain texture of teak. The scattered ginkgo leaves are neatly fused into the in-between spaces, allowing an afternoon leisure as well as the eternal beauty through time, and crystalizing the Eastern artistic conception of life aesthetics.

The chair is completely handmade by artisans. After multiple procedures of polishing and brightening, it bears a natural sheen of ginkgo leaves embedded in wood. The mortise-and-tenor joints are perfectly connected, demonstrating the simple beauty of lines of the chair.
